Our Softplay Rules

Softplay Rules

  • The soft play area is strictly for children under 140cm in height. Children over 140cm and adults are not permitted to use the equipment. 
  • Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times from outside the soft play area. For safety reasons, adults must not enter the structure or sit at the entrance, as this could obstruct emergency evacuation routes. 
  • A shoe storage cubby is provided next to the soft play area. All children must remove their shoes before entering. Shoes should be placed in the cubby and must not be left beside or in front of the soft play frame, as this creates a trip hazard for children, parents, and staff.
